From Jen
“ As a doctor of occupational therapy and a fellow ADHD navigator, I have a unique understanding of ADHD’s complexities.
My coaching goes beyond managing symptoms—it's about transforming your life. We will work together to organize your physical environment, establish daily structures, and implement meaningful behavioral changes.
With my coaching, you'll learn how to create an environment tailored to your brain, enhancing your well-being and boosting self-esteem.”
I intimately understand the hidden and not-so-hidden challenges of living with ADHD. When I received a late diagnosis at the end of graduate school, I had already developed studying habits, coping strategies, and lifestyle choices that were inhibiting my growth. These experiences led me on my journey of discovery as to the hurdles ADHD can present and how to address them.
About me
In addition to doing extensive research and educating myself, I sought out help in gaining a better understanding of ADHD. On this journey of self-discovery, I also completed my Doctorate in Occupational Therapy which led me to specialize in helping other ADHDers like me thrive in their daily lives.
After years of experience, I can truly say no two ADHDers are the same. We all need individualized 1:1 support and guidance to move from awareness to intentional action. I’m proud to collaborate with passionate and imaginative ADHD coaching clients every day. Together, we can address and overcome the daily challenges you experience while affirming your strengths and tracking your progress.
As a multi-faceted individual, ADHD is just one aspect of who you are. Working and living with ADHD may introduce unique challenges to your life, but with the right education and coaching, you can learn to truly thrive with the right environment and lifestyle.
