After being diagnosed with ADHD in my late twenties, I had to revise years of habits, behaviors, and coping strategies that made my daily life more challenging. As a fellow ADHDer and coach, I now have the opportunity to collaborate with parents like you who are also in search of better solutions.

When I first began practicing occupational therapy, I worked directly with children who had ADHD. Now, as a professional coach, I’ve found the greatest way to achieve lasting results is to work directly with parents.

How It Works

    During each session, we will work together to make sense of how ADHD is impacting your family’s life and explore opportunities for improving you or your child’s daily routine.

  • Strategize

    Inspired by our discoveries, we’ll work together to create an individualized action plan that’s built with your or your child’s unique strengths and challenges in mind. Then, we’ll track our progress.

  • Take Action

    In between our sessions, you will receive self-reflective worksheets and exercises to apply the skills you’ve been learning. The best way to make a lasting change is to take daily action!
